How shipping works with us

Simply, clearly and with maximum transparency.

Buying professional equipment should be as convenient as possible. That’s why we’ve set up our shipping system so that every customer across the EU can immediately understand: Which shipping option can I choose? How much will it cost? And how quickly will my shipment arrive?

Below you’ll find a complete overview.


1. Shipping price directly on the product page

This is a feature we’re truly proud of. Each product includes a shipping calculator.

How it works:

  1. Select the delivery country from the dropdown list
  2. Click Calculate
  3. Available carriers and the exact price are shown immediately

The calculation is always tailored to the specific product. It takes into account the product dimensions, weight and whether it can be shipped as a standard parcel or requires oversized transport.

This way, you know the shipping cost even before adding the product to the cart. The final shipping price is always displayed again in the cart during checkout.

2. GLS parcel delivery across the EU

This is the most common and fastest shipping method.

GLS delivers hundreds of our shipments every day and is the ideal choice for products that meet their size and weight limits.

Main benefits:

  • Delivery to all EU countries
  • Fast delivery times
  • Excellent price-to-speed ratio
  • Online shipment tracking

If a product can be shipped as a parcel, this option will automatically appear in the shipping calculator.


3. Oversized shipping for large or heavy items

Some products are simply too large to be shipped as standard parcels. This typically applies to:

  • Large furniture items
  • Bulky catering or hotel equipment
  • Products exceeding GLS size or weight limits

In these cases, oversized pallet delivery is offered automatically. This ensures safe transport without the risks associated with parcel handling.

The price for oversized shipping is clearly displayed, just like GLS delivery, both on the product page and in the cart.


4. Free pickup option (EXW Chrášťany)

If you prefer to collect the goods yourself or use your own carrier, you can choose the EXW pickup option directly in the cart.

After payment, we will register your order and notify you as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.

This option is also suitable if you arrange your own carrier. We will securely pack the goods and provide all necessary information, including dimensions, weight, number of packages and other details, to ensure smooth collection.


Shipment inspection upon delivery

This step is very important for both you and us.

Regardless of whether the shipment is delivered by GLS or via oversized transport, always check the condition of the shipment upon delivery.

If anything is wrong with the order:

  • Record the issue in the carrier’s delivery report
  • Take photographs of the damage
  • Contact us immediately

Without a note recorded by the carrier, damage claims cannot be accepted. This protects both parties. If the shipment is damaged or incomplete, inform us right away and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Storage and re-delivery

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to reasons on the customer’s side, the goods may need to be temporarily stored.

If long-term storage is required, or if repeated delivery attempts or date changes are requested, additional fees may apply.

Please note that storage capacity for large and oversized shipments is limited, so it is important to accept delivery at the agreed time.
