Below you will find a simple overview of the payment methods and how exactly they work.

1. Payment Methods


Bank Transfer (Proforma Invoice)

  • After submitting your order, you will receive a proforma invoice by email.
  • You make the payment according to the details on the invoice (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, reference number).
  • Once the payment is credited to our account, we issue the tax invoice and prepare the goods for dispatch.
  • We usually dispatch goods within 1–2 business days after payment.

Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Select “Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay” in the checkout.
  • After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway.
  • Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • We accept common debit and credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
  • After a successful payment, we immediately begin preparing your order.

Payment via PayPal Account

  • Select “PayPal” in the checkout.
  • After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to confirm your payment.
  • You can use your PayPal balance or a card saved in PayPal.
  • After payment, we start processing your order.


2. Payment Security


Secure Online Payments

  • All communication with our webshop takes place via secure encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Card and wallet payments are processed by the certified payment gateway.
  • We do not store card details – only the payment gateway handles them.
  • PayPal payments take place in the secure PayPal environment.


3. Invoicing and VAT


Tax Invoice for the Order

  • A tax invoice with all required details is issued for every order.
  • Prices are usually shown without VAT; the exact VAT amount is always visible in the cart and order summary.

4. Order Cancellation and Refunds


Refunds in Case of Cancellation or Returned Goods

  • If an order is cancelled or goods are returned, we refund the payment using the same method used for the original payment whenever possible.
  • For card / Apple Pay / Google Pay payments, refunds are processed through the gateway back to the original card or wallet.
  • For PayPal payments, the refund is sent to your PayPal account.
  • For bank transfers, we refund the amount to the bank account you provide.
